Javelin Park will bring more to Niederkrüchten than just high-quality space for businesses. A service and rest area with ample on-site parking will not only serve private and commercial transport from across the region but also local residents. The planned relocation of the motorway entrance will put in place the necessary capacity for the region’s growing economy while at the same time relieving local traffic congestion.

Sharing our historical experiences with future generations

What does Niederkrüchten have to do with the United Kingdom? History has brought us together. Even after the British officially left, our shared memories and the bonds of friendship have endured to the present day. We wish to honour this rich history, to preserve it and to keep it alive. Towards this end, the future business park will include a museum to bring this story alive for future generations.

Can economic growth go together with sustainability? Absolutely – and that’s what Javelin Park is all about. By turning this former military facility into an attractive modern business park, this project is a win not only for the economy but also for nature and the environment. Because when companies move into space built on redeveloped brownfield land in Javelin Park, they bring jobs and growth to the region without sacrificing existing green spaces.

Holistically designed for the energy of tomorrow

The transition to renewables is an extraordinary challenge. We, at Javelin Park, are committed to doing our part to achieve this important goal. Whether through photovoltaics on roofs, hydrogen-based energy storage, or locally generated renewable energy from the neighbouring energy park, Javelin Park is being holistically designed and optimised for renewable energy – and this means being 100% free of fossil fuels. Urgently needed infrastructure to support this transition will be created, with a new power substation providing a sustainable energy supply for the local community.
